Shipping policy

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders placed before 3:00pm CST Monday thru Friday are verified within 2-3 business days. Every kit and makeup pod is assembled by hand in our Austin, TX lab. Lab time is schedule once all products are finalized with the client and arrive, and in order received. Allow up to 10 business days for Renzoe Pods to be completed, and up to 15 during peak periods and holidays. You'll receive tracking by email when your order ships, and delivery typically follows within 5–7 business days depending on location. 

Can you expedite my order?

Expedited shipping is available at checkout. It shortens transit time, not production time in our lab. Pods are made by hand, and the lab schedule holds regardless of shipping method. If you have a date you're working toward, write to us at concierge@renzoebox.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

How much does shipping cost?

Domestic shipping runs $15–$35 depending on location. International shipping is calculated at checkout by weight and destination.

International orders

Import duties and taxes are set by the destination country and collected by the carrier before delivery. They are not included at checkout and are the recipient's responsibility. 

Lost or damaged packages

Once a package leaves our lab, it's in the carrier's hands. Renzoe Box isn't responsible for packages lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced in transit — but please write to us and we'll help you open a claim.
